Coalition Intervention Goals

Increase community and campus awareness of second-hand effects of high-risk drinking.
Impact campus and peer culture to reduce the incidence of high-risk drinking.
Make recommendations for policy changes regarding local control on access, availability and pricing of alcohol.
Build coalition capacity and readiness for policy change activity.
